Who We Are
Concept Properties at the DFW Metroplex.
Our partners started in the building industry in 1990 constructing custom homes. Homes were built in multiple counties and cities around the DFW Metroplex.
In 1997 the partners were approached by theCity of Fort Worth to help revitalize several neighborhoods and the partnership was formed to construct 25 infill homes.
In 2001 one of the partnersbecame a licensed real estate agent to stay on top of market conditions.
As the market changed and individual building lots were scarce, it was apparent that they needed to branch out into land development. Their first project was a
45 – lot subdivision in Historic Mansfield where they re-zoned the property, entitled the property and completed the horizontal and vertical construction.
